I also got measured today, I had 500 and 550 I was wearing a 34 b before and have been measured 34e in debenhams which I’m chuffed about, gonna try a few more places tho xx

Hi @lisa the 6 weeks is just a check up, I asked for photos and the nurse said you get them at your 12 week which is with the surgeon xx

I’m hoping for dd, I’m wearing dd sports bra so don’t think I’m be far out, will be a bit disappointed if there smaller haha, how are you getting on? Still feel like mine have got a bit of softening to do yet xx

Hey ladies I’ll be 6 weeks PO at the weekend and my nurse said its fine to go back to the gym and swimming as normal, I’m ok with the gym as il have my sports bra on, but nervous about swimming, has anyone else been swimming from 6 weeks? I go away in 3 weeks so desperate to get back doing something thing! X

It took me a week or so to get used to sleeping on my back, I still sleep with my v pillow now, feels weird not too hah, the only thing I find hard is wanting to roll over if I wake up in the night! It’s well worth it tho!

I was. 34a and 34b, hoping to achieve dd! I was so nervous then as soon as it’s over you wonder why! I hardly had any pain, just keep on top of your meds, the only thing I found difficult was sleeping on my back! Ooh not long will soon come round! Xx

haha I know what you mean, I was panicking but so glad I didn’t go any smaller, have a look at my pics I was a 34a/b before, I hardly look any different with clothes on, my dad doesn’t even know ive had them done and has never noticed ha! I am quite tall though im 5’9 so maybe that makes a bit of a difference x

hi @kristiee I had 500/550 unders 4 weeks ago, I also thought they were gonna be huge but I would definitely go for the bigger size I haven’t been measured yet but I have tried on a 34dd bra which seems to fit fine, I would have probably gone a little bigger given the chance, boob greed has definitely kicked in!!ha x

He didn’t really and I didn’t ask i just said I wanted to be dd, he said I recommend 500 in my left and 550 in my right, I was like yep ok, think I was just excited at the time and went with whatever he thought, probably better I didn’t have a choice really! Xx

I felt exactly the same @abi and don’t find many having similar size, mine don’t look any different in clothes as I used to wear padded bras and everything still fits, but bigger out of clothes if you know what I mean haha Deffo would have regretted getting smaller x

Hi @abi I’m only 3 1/2 weeks PO wearing 36dd sports bra at the moment so hard to tell, I did buy a 34dd bra to as couldn’t resist I’ve tried it on and fits nicely maybe a little snug if anything which I’m happy about, cAnt wait to get measured at 6 weeks! What size are you hoping to achieve? I think mine are in proportion with my height/size! Xx

Yea I would! I wouldn’t 100% be able to tell if there completely closed or whatever they need to be hah best to be sure, which clinic are you at? Il be nearly 4 weeks before my next appointment and still no shower for me 🙈🙈

Hi @amber at my one week check they said the same to keep the plasters on and they’ll check them again a week later to see if I’m ok to shower, I went again at 2 weeks and she said still not quite fully healed so got another appointment in a few days! I would imagine you’d go back so they can check your wounds first and give you the go ahead to shower! X

Hi @sophie I think earlier your admission quicker you’ll be down,’my admission was 8 and I went down before 9, I tho k if you have a later admission then you could be waiting longer if there’s any issues/delays with people before you! Good luck for Tomo xx

I’m 3 weeks PO tomorow I still have steri strips and bandages on,nurse said my wounds have closed but not scabbed so I need keep them on, I don’t have my next app for another 10 days so still not allowed a shower, it’s killing me lol xx

Hi @paige I’m also 5’9 and around 12 stone, I wanted to achieve a natural dd, I’ve had 500 and 550 and if anything they are smaller than I thought but I’m happy with the size have a look at my pics, but I would go bigger if you can x

I was exactly the same I weighed myself before my op and then when I got home and I had put on 7 1/2 pound I’d only eat a piece of toast all day too couldn’t believe it Hahaa! Most of it came off after about 4/5 days tho, and I’m about 3 pound heavier now 9 days PO, I’ll blame that on the implants haha xx
