I’m 10 weeks post op and I’m sure all swelling has gone down now but the hood area is still large and almost looks deformed so I’m not happy at all!

They said I can’t train at the gym for 4 weeks post op but I’m gonna try 3 weeks cause I can’t not train as a PT. Anyone back exercising yet? Xxx
