I’m still using anti bacterial soap im 4 weeks post op tomorrow I’m going to do it till my scars are totally clear im OCD. No harm and keeps away those germs while incisions are still raw.xx

I Havnt had strapping like u girls. But iv been using moisturiser or bio oil since day 1 just avoiding incisions. I know u not ment too was beginning to think it was the cream think they just heeling can’t stop itching my boobs like I have nits on my tits

I was worried about sleeping half up right but to be honest now the initial back pain had gone im ok.however im 19days post op and starting to lay slightly to my side nurse said aslong as its not painful and have done the 1st too weeks on ur back ur fine. Hate morning boobs regardless tho.xx

eBay £4 but is from Argos got the bigger authopedic one fab.put 2 pillows flat then that on top then a duck down pillow length ways through the middle to support back amazing wish I worked this out from day one.xx

I was ill for 3 days but it was 24hours after op so wasn’t the morpheine or anesthetic was allergic to anti biotics rely bad at one point was in a coma state and couldn’t stop been sick seeing double going dizzy faint the lot. If it doesn’t improve in the next 12 hours ring Ya nurse.hope u feel better soon.xx

@abbie Iv had a fab recovery like u just feels tight. First 3 days were bad but because I had an allergic reaction to antibiotics. Any way I’m a mobile hairdresser and beautician was back to wrk after 12 days. But trying not to lift heavy things as it doesn’t hurt but u can feel it pulling abit. Just be careful.xx

This was my worst nitemare sleeping im 12days post op and for the last 2/3 days Iv been getting a full nights sleep on my back only waking to pull myself back up the bed. In the beginning I was hardly sleeping. I take Assad sleep aid too which is a life saver.x

U should come off well before operation or not come off at all because of blood clots and hormone changes. I stayed on mine and just realised once I started taking antibiotics they wouldn’t work anyway. But was only on them a couple days as had a very bad reaction so hardly took them. I was told not too put any thing on for 8 weeks im 9days post op but stuff that Iv been rubbing it in to just the top of by boobs and round the sides keeping away from incisions as they were so dry. Hope they fade for u hun.xx
