No I didn’t have any lymphatic drainage as it would have been too painful after the lipo. If you aren’t having lipo you should be fine though. Apparently it takes quite a few sessions to make a difference so not sure how helpful it would be but worth a go I say.

Part of my incision refused to heal until now and I was seeing the nurse at The Fitzroy every 5 days until it improved. They normally recommend a week off after after breast augmentation. If you work for the NHS you can self certify for the first 7 days of sick leave and tell them you had the flu/food poisoning….whatever you wish!! 🙂
