Just thought I’d give some feedback on this. It’s weird because most people on here go for a lot bigger sizes, I was worried I wouldn’t be happy with mine.

I got 285cc with mr frati. I was a large a cup before and then had partials and I’m now 8 days post op. I’m really really happy, I wanted very natural looking ones, because I…[Read more]

I was wondering about the pain too, because I ran out the painkillers they prescribed after the op today. So I’m just going to use paracetamol. But I’ve heard that the pain can last at least for the first 3 weeks, side of the boob hurts but i think thats from the drain?

I’m glad we are all in the same boat its nice knowing we are not…[Read more]

I know what you mean I feel the same just had my op on Sunday. The nurse also told me that the piills have the side effect of being constipated so that might be while you feel bloated. My mum thinks I should take some Epsom salts to counter act? Gonna give it a try that and green tea I would recommend helps with the digestion.…[Read more]

My surgeon mr frati said I should be ok for walking and cycling after two weeks, very low intensity exercise. What do you think? Sarah sorry to hear about the stitches is everything ok now? What shock absorber did you get and where from I think a lot will depend on the quality of support I get to what I can…[Read more]

I’ve just had my op done, not in too much pain so far so I’m quite happy. I was just wondering when all you post op girls started exercise again. Obviously I don’t want to damage my new boobs 🙂 or cause rippling but I’m used to going to the gym about 5 times a week and finding time off hard. How long did you girls wait before…[Read more]

Sorry I can’t answer whether it’s the exercise directly but I just had my op and my doctor said that after 4 weeks I should be fine going back to the gym and 2 weeks if it was just very light exercise eg cycling or walking. What bra do you use? You can get specialist support bras online which should really help to keep them in place.…[Read more]

Iv got my surgery this Sunday with mr frati, just wanted to ask a couple of questions if you don’t mind. Which part of highgate hospital do you go to? Also did you put a sports bra on straight after the operation?
So excited/nervous , are you happy with the results so far?

I’ve asked to see dr. frati again after my post op consult just to be sure but i found it quite hard to judge how it would be trying the implants in the massive test bra they provide.

Polina when is…[Read more]

I know alot of you are post-op or have made the decision and I was just wondering if you had any advice on the cc for implants. I am currently a 34 A but I have quite a large frame (although I am only a size 8/10) I’m 5’10. I want quite natural looking breasts so that people can’t obviously tell i’ve had them done and so my doctor…[Read more]
