I had my consultation yesterday with Dr Traynor and he told me the EXACT same thing as you! He told me the implant would add extra weight as I already have enough breast tissue and will make them sag again. I just hope I get a nice shape without implants!

is this just an uplift or an uplift with implants?
I had my consultation with Dr Traynor and he advised me AGAINST implants and said I just need an uplift as implants may be too heavy and may make my boobs sag again… but I thought an uplift with small implants would give them more shape and fill them out? Xx
