I left specific chest work for a few weeks longer but was fine with shoulders back etc xx

I had 375cc unders . I went back to work after 2 weeks and started teaching spin after 3 weeks all lower body. But after 4 weekz I was teaching body pump with light weights. I had my op 1st feb and have been back weight training in the gym upper and lower for a few weeks now and all seems fine. Xx
