Aaaah so I’m 7 days PO.

How long after my op can I go for a meal with my friends have a few drinks and maybe a few shops I’m 5 days PO and I feel absolutely fine. Iv also a holiday to Ibiza 6 weeks after my op will I be ok to dance/party xxx

I have had to get another bra size large from Asda but I can’t fasten it all the way up it’s just too painful ???? xx

Finally they are done! How long did it take for the pain to go!
I literally can’t take myself to the toilet! My arms are like jelly! Do you just wake up pain free ? Iv really struggled with the sports bra anything touching them and I feel like I can’t breath x

So finally my op is booked for 26th July I’m having 375 UHP & round baby round !!!
I just want to no when can I start walking noting major but I just don’t no if I can physically do no exercise for weeks!! Can I do 30min walk a day? Or can I do the sit down bike ? Thanks ???? ???? xx

Chloe are you having your op done at spire? Iv got my consultation tomorrow with Mr Ivan foo so excited and nervous!! I had a appointment at transform but the lady was very rude so I am definitely not going there!!! How many times have you seen your surgeon? Xxx
