Hi I’m a 34 AA. I think I want to go to a large C cup, but don’t know what size implants would achieve that? My surgeon suggested 385/410 for a large C small D. He said a 345 would be a safe C. Anyone founf this to be true? I’m 5’8 and 58kg. I do a lot of swimming, so I don’t want them too big.
