When I went for my pre-op the nurse told me to get some arnicar tablets from boots and take them after surgery, they’re very small and easy to swallow. She asked if I bruise easily which I normally do and I haven’t noticed one bit of brushing come out and I’m 5 days post op. Hope they help X

Does anyone have any recommendations for which bra is best. I’ve been looking at macom but are they really worth the price?
