Just seen the nurse and she said I must keep my sports bra on 24/7 for 6 weeks and I totally forgot to ask about when I’m on holiday!
Has anyone not worn their sports bra for he whole 6 weeks? Super stressing out!

Kept thinking too yesterday that my phone was vibrating and every time I looked at my phone there was nothing there then realised it was my boobs! They were vibrating all day on and off yesterday that’s the only way I can describe it but has stopped now so hopefully yours do too!x
