I didn’t want to bother them so soon after the op but I don’t think my strapping is helping. It’s not on even I just wana take it off.

But my right breast is a lot more swollen than my left and so much more painful the left one doesn’t really hurt at all compared to the right one.
It is also sat higher but it is hard to tell with strapping on.
It hurts to move and touch is this normal?

when do I need the sports bra for? straight away or after the bandages are off?
and how did you know what size to get ? and which one to get the macom ones are so expensive and the asda ones are pretty much sold out.
