Hey girls haven’t been on mya forum for a while. Been looking into rhino for ages now and have finally booked!! My op is 23rd July so not long. Very excited for the results but never had an op before! Would love to hear how some post rhino girls got on 🙂 thankuuuu xx

I have heard that you cannot go in the sun after rhino for 9 months. I wanted to have surgery next month but am going on holiday in July for two weeks. Is 4 months not enough healing time? Really wanted it done 🙁 xxx

Looking for some more info on botox and fillers. Has anyone had them? I have a horrid line on my forehead which I want rid off! Is it best to have botox or a filler for this? Also I am only 22 – is that too young? Xxx

So I have been thinking about having rhino with Dr G for a while now, and think I am almost ready to book my surgery. Do surgery dates get booked up quickly? I would like it in April so probs should book soon! Fingers crossed my loan comes through! Do I simply ring my pc and say I want to book? Whats the process? Thanks xxx
