I have anaemia aswell and have been on ferrous sulphate 200mg for years! Was just told to continue my medication, I don’t need to stop it for the op. Just need to stop taking the pill but other than that to carry on as normal!

Just had my pre-op! Hope they can fit you in before your op. The nurse doesn’t tend to be as booked up as the surgeons usually are but you deffo need to have one. Good luck getting it sorted x
