Hi girls, he did my op on the 23rd July, alll is good, healing has been so far so good, I love what he has done for me I had 375hp overs, I was a 36b before hand and yet to be measured i am 4weeks po and still a while to go until they fully settle but here’s my pics so far…..hope this helps xx

The bloating will pass Hun, I think I was nearly 2 weeks po though, I tried a couple of things but didn’t work just patients is key also I found that right boob hurt more maybe the right handed thing?? If you are that is, a few more days and you’ll notice a different all should ease! Happy healing chick x

Try a bit of Vaseline Hun, the nurse gave me that tip I use it on my nips and along the scar and around the boob as they got so dry, hope it helps xx

Get someone to wash it for you with your head back as far as it can go girls, but before hand I rolled a large bath towel up then wrapped it around me under the boobs so they were covered, while they are there a lovely wipe over the back, neck and shoulders is the dream lol happy healing xx

Hi Beth, hope you don’t mind me asking but do you have progress pictures like 1dpo, 1 month op and so on, it’s just I’m 14dpo and although they do change I know and can see, but mine still are very hard and don’t move, just wondering how yours progressed as I’m very similar stats xx

Ah thanks ciara, do 1day post op and the pain is bearable, yous was right I’ve been told not to have ibuprofen but been given co-dydronol and it’s working, just can’t lift my arms and get just need help to get up, not had a look yet Because they are strapped but can remove tomorrow, but can’t see my feet lol so am over the moon lol xxx

In my pack Hun it says no hair extensions and no hair bands containing metal, so I doubt it but I’d double check with you pc just incase x
