I’m 4 months post op nd had the exact same as you. It’s horrible not being able to do anything but be patient and don’t try and do too much. Just remember it’ll be worth it!
I ate loads of protein as it helps your muscle heal and rest as much as you can. Feel free to message me if you have any questions.

I had my op with Dr Giannitrapani in March. I’ve been for my 6 week check up today and so far I’m really happy with my results. He listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly what I asked for. He makes you wear a breast band for the first 4 weeks but it’s worth being a bit uncomfortable.

I had my surgery with Dr Giannitrapani on 9 March and I would really recommend him. He really listened to what I wanted and was honest about all risks and limitations. I went for the size that he recommended for my frame and I’m really glad as they look natural which is what I wanted. Good luck with whatever you decide x

I’ve been getting pains under my right armpit and round my back, does anyone know if this is this normal? I spoke to the clinic but the nurse is currently off sick 🙁
Any advice would be great, I’m so nervous!
