Hey girls im 6 weeks PO and have been experiencing sharp very painful stabbing pains in my L breast and I’ve realised its when i lie down flat too..they are so painful i wake up during the night they tske my breath away! Anyone else experianced this? I have told 2 different nurses both have said its normal just wondered if its happened to snyone else?

Yeah i was told by one nurse that i could sleep on my back flat after 2 weeks and then 6 weeks for on my side. But then i had a dofferent nurse the other day and she told me i must not sleep on my back until 6 weeks? 🙁

Hey girls, i just wanted to check something..at my first Post opp app thenursre said I need to sleep upright for 2 weeks and then I can lie flat after that justnot on my side or front for 6 weeks..I went to my 2nd week post op today and just confirmed this and the nurse told me I need to sleep upright for 6 weeks?? Help?

Hey hun i had uplift and implants with dr fiumara, i started off as a C cup and got 275/350 overs. Im 2 weeks PO and i honestly dont think ill be bigger then a D because i tryed on a post op bra from m&s and i fit into a D! 🙂

Im 8DPO today, i got so fed up of being uncomfortable that i took a spare duvet from another room in the house, used that to help sleep upright as well as 2 V cusions and 3 pillows! Hey, as soon as my op was done i went back to my room and dr fiumara put my macom on for me, she then said to me to wear the macom for 4 weeks and then i could wear an underwire bra after 🙂 i confirmed this with the nurse at my post op and she said that apparently this is something dr fiumara has started to due to help avpid the breasts sagging 🙂 xx

They offered me 3 different sizes on the day but really it was a case of she will make a decision if I was content with any of them which I was because I trusted her opinion. I had 275 in my R and 300 in L i wanted them to be as natural as possible, i dont think they look big tbh but they are so rock solid and swollen at the moment that i can’t really tell what they are going to look like. I have accepted 🙂 shes a very quite lady i think but lovely 🙂 she came in to draw on me and then next time i saw her was after my operation she followed me up to the room and put the bra on for me..shes a lovely lady and i think shes just a perfectionist.

Yes hun they sent me home today with antibiotics, robaxin (muscle relaxer) and co-dydramol (paracetamol & codiene) xx

I came back from op at 730pm..can hardly keep my eyes open! Fell asleep eating my sandwhich and finding it so so hard to swallow food as my mouth is extremely dry but iv drank plenty of water

Hello, i remember one of the girls on here mentioning they brought a cushion or something that helped them sleep upright but its not just a pillow but like a wedge?
