well its been two weeks tomorrow since my op and i am really happy with my results. they are still really hard and stiff but have softened loads over the two weeks. seen the nurse last week and im back to see her on wednesday. im not sleeping too good though as im waking up with every movement and really restless, part from that im doing good. ive…[Read more]

Hiya girls I hade my op with mr traynor yesterday. He’s a lovely man and preferrs to do overs rather than unders and he likes to give girls a natural look. I was a 34b and he’s put 460 in me so he should do the same for u hun. suppose u can just explain to him what u want and I’m sure he will point u in the right direction. Xx

Just got back home over an hour ago. Had my op yesterday all went well. Really happy with my result but obviously it’s not the final result yet. All swollen and they are rock hard lol. Not in too much pain but taking my painkillers. Only really hurts when I move my arms but mainly uncomfortable and feels really strange. Everyone at Preston first…[Read more]

Well I’m all packed and set for tomorrow eeee I can’t believe it finally here. Getting picked up at 7:15am and admisssion to hospital for 10am when I will meet with dr traynor. So so excited. I will add regular updates tomorrow for u girlies. Wish me luck xxxx

Well I met mr traynor today and I’m so happy with him what a nice guy. He’s changed everything I already had in place but nevermind I’m happy. I’m now having either 410 or 460 high profile overs. Can’t wait but so undecided on which to choose. Only 1 week to go :-)) xx

hi im looking for any advice on keeping the weight off after my op as i know i cant exercise for a good few weeks after and im scared im going to pile it on during my lazy first few weeks of taking it easy. defo going to watch what i eat but any good weight loss tip would be most appreciated xx
