im 7 days post op and tbh the swelling hasn’t exactly went down they have just moved in shape if that makes sense. at first I was quite triangular shape and horrible but now as they are starting to move down my chest they are still as big if not look a bit bigger as they are filling up all the space. that’s the only advice I could give the now as…[Read more]

when I came out of surgery I looked down and thought they were tiny! the next day I thought “omg what have I done ” they were huge. days later they change in size and end up different shapes and levels so it honestly depends on the days personally. Yeah I was like a 32b Empty and was white droopy as my weight fluctuates so I went with bigger to fill up

Really ? I’ve to keep my bra on as long as I can but I can use sport bras in the gym but back to the bra after wards , I have a lot of pain tbh and struggling like I wouldn’t own this pain on anyone
