I have bad old stretch marks from pregnancy and would like to know if anyone has any reconditions for fading them? Bio oils breaks me out with spots so not much use! Also scars from after my op are currently quite dark! I am 12 weeks post op. What serum are you ladies using?

I am 5ft8 11stone size 10/12 I was 34a/b iv had 335cc and I am now measuring 34D/DD depending on bra yet to change though as I am only 5weeks post opp. And mine are looking quite natural. I love them xx

How heavy is too heavy to lift? Has anyone got any examples of everyday items they were able and unable to push/pull/and pick up?

Aw thanks Kerrie, I’m glad recovery has been good for you. Are you able to reach for things and lift things now( obviously not heavy) the recovery is making me more nervous than anything else. X
