They are called Arnica tablets Hun definitely recommend I’m 3 days po no bruising swelling very minimal and they help so much with the muscle pain

I’m curious as a lot of people seem to be in hospital for a while even day case can you pay extra for a meal for the person with you? Also do they offer something other than toast when you wake up? I’m gluten intolerant

Hi girls I have my op booked for 13th march and I’m really confused by bras? I don’t really want the MYA bras as they fasten and the back and I fight with my bra on a normal day so don’t want a fight after an op when I’m sore. But how do you know what size to buy in any other bra?
