I had almost the exact same implant and stats at the start (I’ve gained a few pounds since but none in the boob area) I just had 400cc UHP dual plane implants put in, I’m only five days post op but I’m measuring at a 32 DD/E, I got a 34 E post op bra from M&S (34 because the sports bras tend to be tighter) and it’s fits perfectly x
