I have 400 cc high profile round shape silicon implant . Not happy with my result . The gap is soooooooo wide between my boobs !! Wearing push up bras all the time !  I want to achieve a narrow breast cleavage to enjoy being braless ! Also I feel that all the implant is dropping down ! Looking for more filled up boobs especially in the upper area
