Yeh you will do, and start walking more for short journeys and using the stairs instead of the lift etc as you wouldn’t thinks so, but It does make a difference xx

I had my cast taken off on Monday ..love my nose, just can’t wait for the swelling to go down now! I hope I don’t have the stitches sticking out at 5monhs post op haha x

Get a V pillow, I got one and it really helped me sleep! I’m 7 days post op now, and i still take it everywhere is so comfy haha x

I have my op at 8.30am on Saturday at Highgate and need to stay in a hotel nearby on the friday. Does anyone have any recommendations of hotels that arent too expensive close by?

I spoke to my PC on friday and she said i should be fine, just need to put really high factor suncream on my face and make sure i keep applying it to my wounds! @chelseagirl65 when you had your op did they mention anything about the sun or going on holiday? Both my PC and the nurse in pre-op know i am going to tenerife for 16 days 6 weeks after surgery and didnt mention anything. But ive noticed a few people saying you shouldnt be in sun for 6 months post op? x

Thanks, I will get all of these sorted this weekend. My surgeon is Dr Frati, travelling down to london for it from just outside of Blackpool so that will be the worst bit i think x

Thanks. It’s just coz they changed the surgeon,it made me a bit nervous. I’ve add jo as a friend now then and see if I can find some more stuff about him. 🙂 x
