I had my op 10 June 2023 and have only just discovered this forum.

For any of those who have already had a BA, when did they feel comfortable to stop sleeping at an angle? When did the medical proffesionals suggest it was okay to do so?

I totally forgot to ask the Nurse at my post op appointment 🙈
