Girls I was 3 weeks post op yesterday and I’m of our in london on Saturday (a week today) and I am dying for a tan! If I have a spray tan and cover my scars with plasters and clothes will I be okay. Or will I be best to use a moose or liquid with a mitt? Help I’m dying being pale!!

Hi girls am now 11 days post op and am having some serious pain under my right boob on my incision sight is this normal. Like pain that’s waking me at night and bringing me to tears. Have been taken strong pain killers but doesn’t help a lot. Has anyone had this before? Xx

Hi girls when the nurse takes the strapping of do they use anything to make it no hurt or do they literally just peel it off? As I have had to trim my strapping already around the sides and just peeling a bit of killed me so am dredding it over my boobs if it’s like that! An tempted to go get the plaster removal spray? Xx

Hi girls had my op Friday and my strapping is actually killing me it’s mega tight. Not in any pain with my boobs it’s literally just the strapping that is killing me, what can I do to help? I’m not due to have it off until Friday but I don’t no wether I can last that long! Also does it hurt having the strapping taken off? Xxx

Hi girls getting excited so just tried on one of my m&s high impact sports bra I brought a 32E but my boobs fill it now now I don’t know what size to get and my surgery is Friday! My boobs are very deflated and I haven’t been measured in ages but I’m having 470 very high profile Allergan implants. Any advice will be so greatful xx
