Im just over 3wpo and mine are very sore too its not boob pain just the incisions. I was told by my PC not to put anything at all on them for 6 weeks! I do believe it’s the skin healing inside. If there pain is unbearable contact your pc for advice. Try not to worry though xxx

I had Mr Traynor and am two weeks post op today. I can’t fault him he’s very honest and I couldn’t be happier with my results so far xx

Awhh, this is the worst part. Luckily I had my boyfriend to help me up every morning. I was able to do this myself on day 6, very slowly. Maybe try sleeping more upright, as you’ll have less to move in the morning. Or is there no one that can help you. It does get easier xxx

I smoked the day before my surgery but didnt on the day and didn’t smoke for 5 days after, now just having one per day. Bits been hard but paying so much and going through so much its worth it! Good luck xxx

Take slippers, a top that zips up and the front, some snacks for when you wake up, phone charger and some magazines xxx

As long as you be careful you’ll be fine, just let him do the work and try not to get your blood pumping too much, raising your blood pressure can’t be good for recovery XD xxx

I bought mine from the mya clinic they advised me. I think it was 60 odd pound for two xx
