They are a medium which will fit 34/36 you tend to go for the size of your back was previously 34/36 A/B and i wanted to go to size 36c/ small D and they fit fine after operation they need to be tight after surgery and they kept everything in i purchased the two black surgery bras from another user on here they are really good.
