Hi Nicole .im 3 months post op now .in 5 3 and a 8-10 so bigger dress size but was a very deflated 34 b pre op due to breast feeding .i asked to be a d so I went for the biggest size offered just to be sure which was 450s so glad I did is ive come out a 34E and love the size .feel free to add me and look at my pics xxx

Aww thank u jess.ures have a lovely shape .mine went soft after a couple of weeks .my left breast dropped quite quickly but my right is still a bit higher .u just see the nurse again at 6 weeks .aww thanks chanel I’m well chuffed i was only expecting a d .xx

I wanted to buy one today but they didn’t have any in in my size ,so gonna wait till ive had my appointment next fri and get the go ahead to wear underwires .i had 450s.what did u have Hun ? My right breast still needs to drop more .xx

Hi ladies ,I’m 7 weeks post op but haven’t got my post op appointment till the 10th jan but I couldn’t resist getting measured today .i got measured at boux avenue and the assistance was really helpful .i measured from a 34 b to a 32FF!!! : )

I’m over 6 weeks post op now so thought id try 30mins of my work out DVD but didnt put 100% effort in as was a bit cautious with lifting my arms and sprinting on the spot ,wore a tight sports bra and still jiggled a Littke .do u think I’m ok doing aerobics or should wait a while longer ? Hi Hun , I’m 6 weeks post op and I stopped my pill 2 weeks before op and I only just got my period last week so would be 7 weeks since stopping pill .it can take a while for your periods to return after stopping pill or for some people they go straight back to their normal pre pill cycle straight away xx

Yours do look big Hun .u have a small frame a s think they suite u perfectly if u went to 600-700 cc it will be too big .my friend had 650s and she is a 30g and says she really struggles to get nice bras unless paying a fortune in bravissimo .i know what u mean tho I would of liked to have gone slightly bigger xxx

Hi Hun ,I feel the same mine seem to have shrunk loads and I feel I look a c cup but people say how big they look .cant wait to get measured.alot of people say they get bigger when they drop fully .i think we just get use to them being swollen and it seems dramatic when all swelling gone .xxx

Hi sarah ,if u look in my pics I’m wearing a longsdale sports bra and thstbis quite low cut compared to some sports bras and my nurse recommended it ive got a few in different colours and really supportive xx

Hi Hun .i had my Xmas do last week and I was dying to wear a dress that showed off my cleavage with no bra but I got a body con dress that had a high neckline so could wear a maternity type bra but coz the dress was tight it showed off my new shilloette xxx

Hi girls I’m 23 days post op I had the bloatedness for around 12 days .its the codine and antibiotics and the fluid they pump into you during surgery .i took some water retention tablets that really helped and lactulose .happy healing xxx

The pain had almost gone now Laura , its just the odd twinge now .id day day 2-4 are the worse but nothing that isn’t manageable .i just recommend to keep on top if the painkillers every 4 hours . Xxx

Hi daisy i had the same just 2 drops on my left plaster and its totaly normal .if u notice more then contact the nurse ,but I didn’t get any more blood after that . If u look at some girls pics there plasters have slot of blood on . Happy healing xxx

Hi Hun .when I was at Preston 12 days ago my admission time was 9 and it all went so quickly . the nurse comes to see u them dr , then anesatist then mr traynor came to draw on me .then before I new it it was 10.45 ready for my surgery at 11 .if u have the nurse Anne in theatre she was lovely and put me at ease .
