It depends on your surgeon. Majority is 6 weeks but I am 8 weeks (Mr Mileto’s request) Mine comes off for when I’m showering, sometimes I undo the clasps for a bit of a breather. I’m 5 weeks post op x

Hi, I’m 10 days post op and have also had this on and off too. I had my post op with the nurse on day 6 and she said it was all normal x

Hi, are you having over or under the muscle? If under then go for the bigger size.
Although I have seen people in general say for the bigger size anyway as there isn’t actual much difference in them x

Just to update; I had my surgery with Mr Mileto yesterday – cannot fault him or the anaesthetists. He was so good, came to see me before surgery & then checked on me after. Very thorough with everything & friendly just like he was in his consultation. The nursing staff who dealt with me were amazing too x

Hi, I had my consultation with Mr Mileto and have my surgery with him Friday next week 🙂 so can’t speak on surgical experience yet but I found him very thorough, friendly and felt really confident in him after my consultation. I’ve also heard a lot of great reviews about him 🙂

Hey, I’ve got surgery with Mr Mileto on February 17th. I’m having high profile dual plane 325cc.
This is good to read. I didn’t know about the band. I know about the Macom bra which I will be buying, but is the band supplied at the hospital? I’m nervous but excited at the same time. Just counting down the weeks x

I had my appointment the same day as my consultation so I took a sports bra with me but I didn’t need to use mine as they gave me a bra to put on anyway:

Hey, so they just do weight, blood pressure have a conversation with you about medical history etc. I also had to do an asthma test check just due to briefly having asthma as a child. They took photos etc too then x

Hey, I’ve got my surgery booked with him on 17th Feb. I’ve read great things about him and when I had my consultation I immediately felt at ease with him. He was honest, straight to the point and definitely seemed to know what was best x
