    WELL. i was suppose to be getting my breasts done today. got up at 5am to drive all the way from newcastle to doncaster to the park hill hospital to get my breasts done. i arrived at NINE AM. at 1pm the surgeon realised that there was notes missing and the WRONG SIZE IMPLANTS were sent out. after taking an hour getting in touch with mya the solution was for me TO GO HOME BACK TO NEWCASTLE. mya is absolutely shocking and ridiculous, i WILL tell everyone this and i WILL make sure EVERYONE is aware of this and not waste their time with mya. PATHETIC.

      Wow,
      I thought they would put you up in a hotel whilst the issue was resolved.
      Are they paying for your travel at least?

      I’ve just booked my consultation. This is the type of thing that would set me off!How unprofessional!

        id keep away. the way they even TRIED to deal with the situation was disgusting. none of them would answer the answer their phones and finally once they did, they were trying to say that it was NOT their fault, even though the surgeon even showed me the order of the implant and how it was THREE sizes too big. and also they had not of faxed the consultation documents over so the surgeon was unaware of what he was doing. nope. i can GURANTEE you that there is no free hotel involved for them to ‘resolve’ it. you need to choose a place that is ORGANISED and takes on RESPONSIBILITY.
        I WILL make sure that they pay for everything. mya failed. dont trust them
