Just explain you’re just looking today and want an idea of size so you know what to try on.
M&S is a good place to start for measurement. Places can measure differently though so try a few shops. Boux Avenue, Ann Summers, Victoria’s Secret etc.

At the pre op they do pregnancy test, height, weight, medical questions etc and take blood, and tell you what to expect and about aftercare etc.
