Hi Abbie, every place is different but a full medical questionnaire, urine test for pregnancy and UTI are standard as is blood pressure and some questions around mental health / body image. For my second op I had bloods taken (quite a few!).

I used gauze dressing to cover mine in the bra. Any brush on them felt like a hot poker. It was awful. The dressing helped but best of all, it didn’t last long. Maybe a few weeks. I feel for you though. It’s an awful pain

Jodie – I wouldn’t feel too disheartened yet as they really will change loads over the coming weeks and months. They most definitely will move closer together once they settle in. Did you have over or under?

As an aside – our stats are almost identical but the width of your chest has a massive implication on the cc and implant best suited to your frame. I have a tall and wide chest so our stats may be the same but our chests could be very different. Just something to bear in mind.

As someone who has just had revision surgery and had both over and under muscle, I can say wholeheartedly go for the largest (385cc). The real difference physically will be minimal but mentally you will fare better. I was a similar size to you – 32b (full) and I had round, textured mentor over the muscle implants, 300cc and I achieved a D but a small D.
