    LADIES – is it normal to cough up blood?! Sorry to be so grim but it was kinda phlegmy and really dark blood so it’s obviously come from my nose but it freaked me out lol.

      If you are worried about it I would speak to your GP hun. Have you had your surgery recently as it might be trauma caused from the intubation tube?? xx
