I am 3 days post op and at the minute they feel massive and I have a lot of swelling around my boobs and under my arm pits but apart from that I feel ok. I am wondering when people went back the gym and started walking / using stair master? I am usually a massive gym freak working out 6x + a week and petrified I am going to gain weight xxx
