Did anyone use a sick note to take time off work? If so, who issued the sick note? I am wanting to return to work on light duties, however my employers will not let me return until I receive a fit note. My GP will not issue me a Fit note as he says it was elective surgery and any sick notes / Fit notes should be issued by MYA. Anyone help?
