Hi there! I’ve been wanting breast enlargement since being 16… so for 9 years! Now my 13 year old sister has bigger breasts than me and I feel that now is time! I have several consultations coming up and would like lots of advice and pictures of before and after! I am hoping to get my operation done in March! I want natural looking breasts and everyone is telling me to go for a C cup but I feel that will be too small! I think I want teardrop shaped implants but haven’t seen many pictures of these so if you have any… please share!

Im 9 stone and 5 ft 4. I currently wear a very padded 34 B! Although I’m sure this size is incorrect as without padding that size bra doesn’t fit me!
