I had previous implants but my natural breast tissue was around. 32DD prior to any surgery. My old implants were 12 years old and I had had a child too so looked odd shaped. I am now measuring a 32F. Prior to my re org I had over the muscle and I have to say I much prefer under as they look and feel more natural. It really depends on how wide your chest is along with where your natural breast is to your collar bone. Build and height is just a small factor. Trust your surgeon and go with his advice. I had implants with my uplift so mine were more full at the top initially. They dropped and fluffed into place at around 11 weeks.

Not sure if they need to do something similar even if you don’t have implants?
