If your not taking any pain relief I’d suggest taking it before bedtime, I take my last set of codiene at 7 and then ibrupofen at 10 before I go to sleep and I have no pain at all throughout the night! Get yourself a v shaped pillow! I put mine in front of my pillows and it kept me upright throughout the whole night.

I called the on call nurse and I between my codiene I’ve been taking ibruprofen which has worked a treat!
