Hiya Hun I’m 5 weeks post op and I can say I was never in any actual pain I was on painkillers for about 4 days then nothing after that, it was just tight and sore, the main pain is sleeping upright!! You will be fine, I have 365cc overs xx

I was an empty 34a after breastfeeding! I would say go with the biggest offered! I was offered 400cc but she literally couldn’t fit it in! So I had the 365cc are you having over or under? When you have the swelling they go really big then the swelling goes and your like where is my boobies gone!! That’s when boob greed kicks in! Xx

My sternum is still slightly swollen and I’m 17 days post op! Hopefully it goes back to normal soon! It was more swollen at the beginning but it is going down, hope that helps xx

Just thought I’d share a progress pic, there feeling much better today no pain at all just soreness around the side of boob and tightness at the top! Managing to do a lot more today starting to feel much more human! Loving my new boobies!! Xx

Just need some reassurance girls that my lefty is ok!! It’s a different shape to my right one! I’m pod4. It just looks a different shape and the swelling was going down but seems to be coming back in my cleavage at the bottom and the inner side of my left boob! Xx

It definitely feels like your fully engorged! I breastfed 3 kids as well! This is my post of day 2 pic, I now have bruising down the middle! Both nipples and under are completely numb atm it’s around the sides and top that feel sore xx

I feel very stiff this morning!! Hoping it eases as the day progresses! Let me no what they say hopefully it’s all ok and just part of the healing, I have one more swollen than the other atm gunna put an ice pack on them in a min hopefully to get some relief xxx

I had to get my husband to help my up this morning as I feel completely seized up!! Hopefully it eases up as the morning goes on! Taken more tablets so hopefully they kick in too! I might use my ice pack in a bit to get some relief! Happy healing to you too Rebecca xx

The max I could have is 400cc and I got 365cc as my surgeon said any bigger and they were huge and I said I don’t really wanna be over an e cup as I have a small frame! First night sleep wasn’t too bad sitting up how was yours? Xx
