I’m 7 weeks post op, I had full anchor mastopexy with implants. I went back to work 2 weeks post op, and really struggled first week, tired and a bit painful. A sturdy post op bra is a must. M & S high impact sports bra’s have been a saviour. I found that the Macom did not give me the support needed. Hope that helps.
