Hey Tracy, hope you’re well 🙂 I’m having to breathe entirely though my mouth at the mo – after the nurse took the packs out of my nostrils yesterday (which was the weirdest feeling, like having your brain pulled out of your nose) I had some brief breathing through a tiny bit of my left nostril, but that hasn’t been clear since then for any decent amount of time, it comes and goes. In a few days if my nose has stopped oozing (and I’ve stopped taping the drip pad on) then I may start spraying the Otrivine nasal spray up there that they give you in your package of meds on discharge from hospital, which is meant to help with clearing your nose. Will be so nice to breathe through my new little nostrils! 🙂 x
