Hi, I’m 5’1” and around 8 and a half stone. Had no boobs before and even less after 2 kids! Will attach before and after photo. I had 275 hp unders with mr traynor 18 weeks ago.

I had a 12 Months old and 4 year old at school. My mother in law and husband looked after them for the first 5 days or so but from day 7 I had them on my own and did the school run. I have to say I haven’t had a great experience with Mya. Surgeon and hospital were fine but I haven’t heard much from anyone since op and heard nothing at all since my 2 week check up. I had unders and have a 1 year old and 4 year old at school and yes a week po I was driving and looking after the kids without help in the day. When I did the school run I only lifted the baby in and out of car seat and then into a light pram. Just lift keeping your arms close to your side if that makes sense. Yes totally fine I was looking after my one year old on my own about 1 week po I just tried to only lift him if necessary for the first week or so. By the time we went on holiday I was fine I just tried to keep the new boobs in sports bra as much as possible and not in the sun too much. Xx

Hi, I’m now 32dd.
I found recovery pretty good. First 3 or 4 days bit painful and I was glad of the pain killers but I was still able to function ok at home. I needed help with my one year old the first week but was fine after that I just tried not to lift him too much. Xx

Here’s an 8 weeks update. All good but still think I have some dripping and fluffing to do. Measuring 32dd or 34d which are basically the same. Was 32a at the most before op.

Try and get them to send you home with co codamol and ibuprofen then make sure you take them at regular intervals for the first few days. I also took arnica and vitamin c with zinc and up your protein intake even if it means protein shakes. Drink plenty of water and eat well as it helps the body recover. Mine were very swollen in between at the start and then it actually came back at about 3 weeks. It does go though and is nothing to worry about. I did take arnica tablets to help bring the bruises out quickly. Xx

I had 275 hp unders. I’m 5’1″ and 8st 4lb. I’m only 6 weeks po and now 32 dd but they don’t look it. I think once they have dropped and fluffed they will look more like dd cups. Xx

I’ve got a macom bra and it’s not tight. I’m thinking it’s probably because I now don’t rest at all and I’m sure you are the same with looking after our kids. I’ve still got the bloating too! Xx

No I stopped all meds after 1 week. Apparently the bloating is the swelling which works it’s way down the body and can last a few weeks! It’s horrible but nothing helps it. Xx

I still get morning boob quite bad and I’m 17dpo. It goes once I’m up and about but they are still tender. Try ice packs to help relieve the swelling and definitely keep moving but also resting in between. Lots of water and protein. Xx

I had under the muscle and like I say everyone is different with different pain threshold. I was just given co codamol and ibuprofen automatically really as I wasn’t in any pain in the hospital. I agree with Eleanor I think trying to still be active but be careful makes recovery easier as it was the same when I had c sections.
