I’m 4 weeks in having lower back putter thighs there is a huge different

But I have hard lumps on lower back that u can see . I can’t pay out £80 active for a massage

I’ve been doing it myself everyday for a week think it’s going down

taken through a mirror so can do more pictures and have more before Im very bruised still though
