Hi Tor, if you go to Victoria secret they have maximum impact sports bras, it has a front fastening cup bra and then it zips up over the top of that and they don’t move at all! But yeah in exactly the same position!! X

Aw I would maybe see how you feel before booking!? 10 days after I didn’t feel fab..didn’t like being in the car and couldn’t stand straight etc. It takes a while and I’m only 5 wpo and wouldn’t say I feel 110% and like my boobs are my own etc but soo much better! Still having aches and shooting pains from where they’re coming back to life xxx

I’m aware that you feel stabbing pains as your nerve endings come back to life. My right boob has no pain whatsoever however my left I keep getting sudden shooting pains/aches in my left boob. Has anyone else had this? And if so any advice?

Don’t think you’re meant to fly short haul for 2 weeks and long haul 6 weeks due to DVT. Have you had your op yet? You may want to see how you feel as 10dpo I struggled going back to work let alone going on holiday xxx

A travel pillow helped me loads as well as the V pillow whilst I was sleeping up right. Straws, zip hoodies, nothing which needs to be pulled over your head. Joggers which are easy to pull up for your ride home x

Definitely take your surgeons advise! I was going to have unders, instead my surgeon gave me subfascial which is overs but the benefits of unders and less risk of Capsular con. Mine don’t look fake at all and I’m super pleased. They know best x

Dependent on what they think will give you the best result and if you have enough breast tissue to go over. I train in the gym also so was advised unders can cause the implants to move to the side over time training chest etc. Also overs can give more of a cleavage if you have a slight gap in between x

Yeah definitely! Have a fear of undoing all the work my surgeon has done or moving the implant if I try and do something I shouldn’t! At what point did everyone wash their own hair? I’ve been booking in at the salon but really want to do it myself x

Aw me too!! I’m 8 days post op and they’re not necessarily pointing down but yeah they’re not 100% central just yet 😩 Fingers crossed drop and fluff means they’ll balance out for the both of us. So hard not to be impatient isn’t it haha, one minute I love them and the next I’m picking faults xx

Hey honey, your piccies haven’t attached! I had the same issue and have gone for 345cc, subfascial placement. So far I’m happy! But I’m only 5days PO. Just go with a surgeon who has tons of experience and trust in their decisions. I went with some photos of what I was trying to achieve x

Has anyone had an allergic reaction post op? I’ve rang the hospital and they’ve suggested its the morphine so I’ve swapped to cocodamol and already feeling so much better within myself but I am so so itchy, antihistamine isn’t relieving it. Hey Hayley, believe there’s a couple of teaspoons between the 25cc. Could try and do the ride test? I was deflated at the top due to losing weight and have gone for 345.
