Hi all, I am booked to have closed rhinoplasty in a little over a month. I am having my hump taken out, my nostrils made smaller and my tip changed, I can’t wait although I am a hugely nervous. I’ve been advised to start taking arnica two weeks before my op, does anyone have any other tips? x
