Or wearing a normal bra. I had dual plane tho so recovery is meant to be longer. I went out for dinner two weeks post op and was in so much pain! X

I honestly felt like it was making me worse pain wise! What m&s bra did you buy exactly I’ve seen a few online but unsure what to get!

Me again! I’m 14 days po and my compression bra given to me by the surgeon is getting more and more uncomfortable. I have washed them which I thought would help soften them up but it’s not helped at all.
