I’m 4WPO and my incisions have been healing nicely, I’ve been applying silicone cream as advised by my nurse and everything was going well however the incision on my left breast has been a little sore the past couple of days and now I’m worried that it might be infected.

I had Steri strips and plasters over the incisions – no strapping 😀

I stopped taking codeine as it made me feel horrendous !

I had my operation on Friday (325 moderate plus overs) and the incision on my right underboob is in so much pain.

My head feels fuzzy and I feel drained – anyone else’s experience/words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated!

What’s the difference with the Asda bra? I’m still wearing Macom x
