I’m 29 days now and I still get swelling on my upper and lower abs depending on how active I am. It definitely is swelling but I completely understand how you feel. I had upper and lower abs and flanks, he took 2 1/2 litres. From what I understand it can take 6 months for the swelling to completely subside. Xxxx
