When I got measured at M&S the lady said to me the bra fits well if all your breast tissue fits comfortably into the cup and the back fastening should ideally be on the second closing.

They look amazing though! Looks like it fits you just fine x

Hey Sophie. First of all I absolutely feel your pain, I was itching to get back into training! I went back to the gym 2 weeks post op (now 5 weeks). I only did light cardio (incline walks) and lower body weight training, very light weight high reps and I felt absolutely fine.

I had my check up 10 days post op and I asked the same question to my nurse, I have so much stuff I just can’t wait to wear! My nurse did say it’s a little early yet but in a few weeks I’ll be okay to go braless for a few hours for a night. Just do whatever you are comfortable with! X

@hollychecketts yeah I think the gap closes a little when they get softer. They’ve changed a bit since that picture too which I’m happy about. Its such a waiting game, can’t wait for them to drop and fluff though. Hope your recovering well sweetie x x

I would go for macom. Literally the comfiest thing and you don’t have to worry about getting the right cup size as it moulds to the shape of your boobs, you just have to order your back size. I’m feeling the same atm. I’m currently 14 days post op and I have read that going under the muscle takes a tiny bit of size away so that may be why you feel smaller. I had my dressings off yesterday! The scars are a little red but the incision is so thin, literally like a strand of hair, so neat. Dr Giannas is the boob king! So unbelievably happy with how they’re changing, however I do feel like they’re getting smaller?

@kateld thanks Hun. I didn’t have hp I went for full projection. I think it just depends on what look you want. HP sit higher on the chest so will look bigger n more round. I’m 6dpo now and they’re definitely looking less pointy. I felt exactly the same as you 2 days in they will change over the next few days though. @kerrie1989 hi Kerrie, thank you!! I had unders, full projection with 345cc’s. I’m recovering fine now, waking up 6 dpo with barely any pain just aching a little. First few days were tough though, I was experiencing a lot of pain and bloating which really got me down, definitely all worth it though x

I’m experiencing the pain in the middle part of my boob too. I’m on codeine atm not taking anything else as it states on the box that I can’t take any other painkillers with them. Do you have any muscle relaxers? They might help a little

My op is tomorrow and I was told to take off my acrylics and to remove nail varnish. For the sake of a day it’s just best to take them off. Especially with acrylics I wouldn’t risk going with them on and being turned away just because of your nails!

I’ve taken two weeks off, this is what I was advised by my surgeon. I also work an office job. After I have my stitches out though if I feel well enough I’ll go back earlier! I’d book two weeks just in case then you can just see how you feel xx
